Well, first post, strange feeling. Having produced not a single word for so long, I’d almost forgotten what it feels like to write, although this of course isn’t really writing, it’s more along the line of blogging. Which basically means I’m part of one of the biggest problems in this world, life has technologized, blogging took over writing, MP3 took over CD’s, phone calls were taken over by texting, which itself is taken over by IM, but are we stronger now? No, we’re not, are we smarter now? No, we’re not, are we better people for it? Certainly not! We couldn’t survive a day without the internet, we’d lose our money, our jobs, our friends. Most people here wouldn’t even know where to find the library, and now, with my blog, I’m only adding to the mental retardation of this world. Maybe my teaching evens things out, I hope so, somebody has to counterstrike the dumbing down of our people, or else we might be doomed. I promise, I will write again one day, real writing, not this blogging shite!

But in the mean time I’m still very excited that my blog is finally on-line, and I like the fact that I can update it without even turning on my computer, on my lazy chair, with my mobile phone, thank you Roberto! You’re a genius! Although it must be one of the laziest things I’ve ever seen..
